1 small head cabbage

1 can tomato soup
1lb. ground chuck
1/2 cup uncooked regular rice
1 can water
salt and pepper to taste

salt and pepper to taste
Chop cabbage and place in greased 2 quart baking dish. Brown meat and onion; stir in rice. Pour on top of cabbage. Mix soup and water; pour over entire casserole. Season to taste. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Every year my family serves this for the Holidays and any major events. It's a lazy twist on a traditional Polish recipe that even the most unskilled chefs in the kitchen, like myself, are able to master! Enjoy!
